Ray, I am also optimistic about the near-term future of BSD's 2000 series machines. Based on what I see, I think it is possible for submission to the FDA this year.

Consider the following:

1. Look at the brochure Dr. Sennewald has published. One of the charts shows [p.8] shows long-term survival flat line of near 50% at 48 months, approaching 5 years now for cervix cancer. P.10 shows a chart for soft tissue sarcomas ~50% survival @ ~110 months vs. 0% non-responders at 36 months.

2. As an adjunct therapy, BSD's 2000/3D/MRI machines will have a lot of synergy with CLSN's Thermodox when TD is approved. What better way is there to focus heat to a tumor than an MRI guided hyperthermia device?

3. As seen in Dr. Poon's presentation about Thermodox, the BSD-500 was the heating machine used in the P-II trial for recurrent chest wall breast cancer. See p.26. From the picture, the results look stunningly good.

IMO, I don't think the FDA can deny approval on the next submission.
