Torch Energy Royalty Trust is a royalty trust that owns and operates oil and gas properties in Texas,
Alabama, and Louisiana. The company holds a 16% working interest in Chalkey Field in Cameron
Parish, Louisiana, which has 6 oil wells producing from a depth in excess of 14,000 feet. It holds a
43% working interest in Robinson's Bend Field in the Black Warrior Basin of Alabama, which
produces coal seam gas. Torch Energy Royalty Trust holds a 51% working interest in 41 oil wells at 4
fields in the Upper and Lower Cotton Valley formations in Texas. It also holds a 19% working interest
in 96 oil wells in the Austin Chalk Fields in central Texas.
