Unlike the Lumia 920, this could be The Real Dream W8 camphone - though it will likely not be called EOS (a Canon ®) - lest Nokia wants a nightmare lawsuit:

Nokia EOS: the first real PureView Windows Phone is coming this year

Oh, and methinks this is definitely going to be a nightmare (straight to the landfill) failure, if it actually transpires, which I hope it does not cause if the Surface RT cannot sell, no other RT tablet can:
Nokia is also building its own Windows RT tablet that is set to debut in early 2013.
