If the changes in nominal leadership are an attempt to lessen the likely result of the SEC lawsuit, then it's a forlorn hope. Changing title does not alter the fact that he was CEO of JBII Inc, and the charges are made against JBI, Bordynuik and Baldwin. I don't expect any significant change in direction because of Rauber's appointment as CEO; Bordynuik is still the controlling shareholder. I do not see the SEC lawsuit being dropped, but instead I expect to see an amended complaint.
