Too late Arun. India must have detected my projected fears and has issued some suggestions for bomb shelters and what to do if in a car when the blast comes. Quickly bail out towards the blast so that the car doesn't land on you. Good idea. It's best to think of those things before the blast so that when it happens, one knows what to do. nzherald.co.nz

<<Pity the people of Kashmir. Days after a series of cross-border shootings left Indian and Pakistani soldiers dead, police on the Indian side of the Line of Control have warned residents to prepare for nuclear war.

In an advert placed in an English language newspaper, police warned people in Srinagar to build underground bunkers equipped with toilets, collect two weeks' food and water and ensure they have a supply of candles, torches and a radio.>>

The advertisement did not mention the greater danger of car crashes for some reason. Perhaps the Indian police were projecting their fears onto the public. In order to get bang for buck, Pakistan would have to choose some good targets doing a LOT of damage.
