Nobody knows more about dealing with the SEC than me, as long as we're giving out resumes.

While I don't have experience with subpenny pinksheet non-reporting junk that everybody already knows is a scam, I helped the SEC in a case that my hero, The great Peter Lynch, fell for (and actually had SEC filings to examine)

JBII's case is a wrist slap paking ticket fine at absolute worst. Parking tickets suck -- but they arent the game enders the bears were betting on and blew it royally. Heck, even accounting deliberate fraud (which results in 4 times the fine) are designed to punish -- not killl, if it is an otherwise legitimate business.

And I know nobody is dumb enough at this stage to claim P2O isn't legit.
