Parking tickets suck -- but they arent the game enders the bears were betting on and blew it royally. Heck, even accounting deliberate fraud (which results in 4 times the fine) are designed to punish -- not killl, if it is an otherwise legitimate business. And I know nobody is dumb enough at this stage to claim P2O isn't legit.
