That's a difference of opinion.

But I agree with a different expert. I'm sure you'll recognize the quote:

"We have tried spending money. We are spending more than we have ever spent before and it does not work....After eight years of this administration we have just as much unemployment as when we started...and an enormous debt to boot!"

I'm quite sure that after eight years of Obama, this comment will be just as true in 2016 as it was then.
