I did not report you for a crime you did not commit. You were a company paid stock promoter promoting without your disclaimer. You also were telling people to buy more shares right before death spiral financing. Everyone and their mother knows death spiral financing will cause a stock to go to zero. There's no way you did not know that when you gave that advice. I didn't get you involved in that other lawsuit. YOU did. You were promoting a POS stock scam. How is NPCT doing anyways?

I won my case against you because the Judge dismissed your claims as being meritless. You claimed securities violations and trademark infringement. Judge said you had no claims. You also failed to plead your defamation case. You did not show the Judge that I defamed you which I most certainly did not. Every word I said about you is the truth. On top of this your case had no jurisdiction. I see you are still a bitter loser. I don't owe you a dime. You appealed and lost, remember? The case was dismissed. I don't owe you for the price of service for a case that is dismissed. Do you know what dismissed means? See the truth below.

I am appealing the bat lady case. She only sued me once. I did not lose my CASES against her. There is no current judgment against me. Bat lady case was in Texas. I'm in California. You need to check your facts before you post bull.
