Quantum management has considered the possibility. Unfortunately, they just got to the cash position they wanted to be in in case of a severe industry downturn. I believe that even a small repurchase plan would be better than none. SEG's original repurcheses were quite small. It would be a vote of confidence and surely better than nothing.
