Would be interesting how much of Phoenix growth now is driven by real economy growth due to corporate expansion and relocation versus the multiplier effect of well off individuals relocating due to low taxes, low RE prices and warm weather


Phoenix did have some tech........I think Motorola and Intel had big operations there at one time. Don't know whats happening now. Patron might know.
