Bay Area did not have such high price differential 25 years ago or even 20 years ago.

I wonder how much greater the spread between San Francisco versus say Stockton or Sacramento burbs are today versus twenty years ago? Or Beacon Hill Boston versus a far out take your pick exhurb to the city?
