Curly,

I guess the float number comes from the stock issued to the public in 1996:

3,340,000
2,000,000
142,918
---------
5,482,918 x 2 = 10,963,836.
How about 6,464,692 shares of preferred stock that was converted to common in connection with the IPO. The lock out was for only 180 days. Are these 12.9 million shares still restricted? Why?

I can't believe the venture capitalist holding these shares held on as the stock slipped to it current level.
