CBO does not look at the overall impact. You should know that. They look only at what they are TOLD to look at by those pushing an agenda.

CBO does not consider, for example, that paying people unemployment causes them not seek jobs. They don't consider the job losses from increased unemployment insurance costs, nor from weakened demand due to government payments versus corporate innovation.

And even at that, the cost of these "jobs" is $100K per job -- hardly a bargain for the taxpayer (and more proof that government as a job "creator" is highly ineffectual).
