Yes, it does. But you cannot possibly believe that money spent for non-productive activities is as good for the economy as money spent for productive ones. That doesn't even make sense. Economists have known for centuries this isn't the case.

You're idea of a "real" economist may be Paul Krugman, I don't know. The most "real" economist I know of was Friedman, and I certainly don't think he would support ANY of your views. Friedman understood that government was the problem, not the solution.
