I heard CEO Chambers interviewed on Bloomberg Radio today. They are in Davos Switzerland at some Summit. He got me so frustrated as he was saying how over the last 10 years they have made very profitable acquisitions, have bought back shares, and have grown revenues. The interviewer asked but what about the shareholders and Chambers went on to say that they benefited from all their business deals but apparently the stock price does not reflect this.

I did not find the interview but it may eventually be posted here: goo.gl

It's a great business but Chambers for me has not built stock holders equity much when looked at over a five year period.

I will raise my winning guess from 2012 to $22.51/share for Year End 2013 giving CSCO only market performance at best. That's only because I expect most all other stocks to hit 52wk highs. I expect the S&P 500 to moves to an all time high sometime in 2013 too. I expect CSCO's PE to be no more than 14 selling as much as 20% lower than the S&P 500 PE of 17.
