Basically the same thing as illegally writing the laws...selective enforcement. The executive branch is not allowed to write laws, but they do it anyways through selective enforcement. Like I said, can you imagine if they didn't prosecute David Gregory if he shot and killed Wayne LaPierre on that show because they gave him some kind of exemption? That would be outrageous. Well I think him bringing that magazine on air was equally outrageous and he should be 100% prosecuted, otherwise the DC Police have basically broken a basic tenet of the Separation of Powers.
