When I take a peek maybe you'll get a RE related post once or twice a week.. Odd the moderator and his flock all completely missed the turnaround in Phoenix. Those of us who said the market had bottomed in 2009 were laughed off that board<g> They basically ran Calculated Risk off insulting him so much too..He has one of the more well know economic based blogs on the net and timed this entire cycle right.. Next swam the sheep there should concentrate on will be localized crashes if when interest rates do rise substantially and financial assets crash yet again as they always do. Personally I could care less if The Hamptons home prices crack 30% from their recent all time highs sometime this next phase..
