Well, since they haven't gotten a single thing correct concerning the SEC and conspiracy theories for 3.5 years, they might as well go down swinging right to the bitter (literally) end.

Of course they don't understand the settlement. You're talking about people who's day consists of waking up, brewing coffee, then copy and pasting garbage nobody reads and nobody cares about on stocks that they don't even own. We're not exactly dealing with people who have the intelligence of brain surgeons.
