Obamacare should provide therapeutic massage for the less fortunate who cannot afford it. Obama should also provide government assisted flights and hotels, cruise ships or resorts in this hemisphere for those who are needy. I personally believe the government paying for resorts in the Caribbean is too expensive.

An aside, though not to be covered by Obamacare would be to level the playing filed at casinos for the poor or union workers active and retired.
