Hey, but I see only one fly, not a swarm of them which would be sure indication what they landed on was rotting garbage.

By the way, just so you know, that "fly" was most probably "photoshopped" (i.e. pasted) on his forehead.

Photoshop software can do wonders these days. It can do things that turn reality on its head.
