"They do not make us a nation of takers; they free us to take the risks that make this country great." I'd love to know how this mechanism works. 100M receiving the take now out of 310M. Let's take the ultimate risk and pump that up to the full 310M. That will really make us great? If 100M makes us great, 310M must make us a superpower where nobody works at all?
