Roger I think your point that Victors value far out weighs or at least supports the current value of this stock (as it sits) is very valid. But and it a big one is what and how many stacked plans exist for the current heads of Quadrax when and if they exit.And what does Palermo get from Victor? How will that effect the shareholders and will there be ANYTHING LEFT?What does this company truly have to sell? Someone could be interested in the machinery and any propritary patents I would guess. Most of us have lost a fair amount of money, I would surly not want any of the current board or crack management team running this alternative company.How about you? Time to clean da house!!!! Jeff
