What about Congress? Weren't they watching? Didn't Clinton sign the repeal of Glass Stegal? What about Alan Greenspan who lowered rates and kept them low. Who instructed Fannie Mae to give loans they knew would never be repaid? Clinton.

Learn your gov't......direct oversight of industry in this country is done primarily by the executive branch. You can't expect good oversight by an administration if they don't believe good governance is possible. The Bush administration fukked up big time.

BTW you never said whom you voted for president?
