Siri sort of helps. Perhaps Siri or some other Darpa project will do the trick after some more development.

But my guess is that a cloud intelligence will be more the required foundation than a little Siri buddy in the iPhone or equivalent. Siri would provide short-term off-line local intelligence, germane to the individual.
