Virgil, I agree on the HIFI aquisition. From a valuation standpoint, they got them cheap. However, that's not totally the issue. CREAF is buying Cambridge because they see a huge opportunity. Cambridge is selling a great product at an unmatched price in their Micro-works computer speakers. If CREAF comes in and can increase capacity, they could get will nice OEM deals. It also fits with their being able to offer the complete multimedia package, which includes soundcard, speakers, graphics card and DVD. When they get all of these into volume production, they could make some sweet OEM deals by offering a package price. Who else can do this?

This is a great company who will have no trouble exceeding estimates by a wide margin in this and future quarters.
