This illustrates the fundamentally mistaken mental picture people have of Apple, its not a technology company, its a design company. All things in design have their time. I'm pretty convinced that one day Apple will start selling LiquidMetal phones. When they do they will be unmatchable by competitors. I think Apple will continue to evolve great products for some time. And one last thing, Apple had a very good quarter. They did not "miss." They did not have trouble having their best quarter ever. They did have some troubles, but I'm sure those will be ironed out. Other than the larger phone. I hope they are not stubborn on that issue. It seems a no brainer. They capitulated on the smaller tablet and its a howling success, hopefully they will capitulate on the larger phone too.
