Braves traded 5 players to get B.J Upton so they now have the Upton brothers. Seattle had a lot more on the table, but Upton exercised is right to refuse going to Seattle. So from time they signed Upton's brother, Braves had B.J..
The Braves i think now have passed Nats has best team in NFC-East, on Paper.
i think Phils signed Delmon Young to a 750k contract, because one, i think it depends on making roster after spring trsining. i hope they have send Young to A.A. and to group therapy on bigotry.(And doesn't he still face a "hate crime" charge) i think they only signed him out of fear that Brown or Ruf struggle pitifully in Spring Training.
Phils got him only because no one would have him.
i think it is time for Major Applause for what Giants did after being down 1-3 against Cards--wow! they only then reeled off 7 decisive wins in a row. Humiliated Detroit who had Humiliated The Yankees(4-1 series)
Only One Team in playoff history have ever done better, that of course being Red Sox, down 3-0 against Yankees in ALCS, one out from elimination, only to then win 8 games in a row as they crushed cards(4-0) in WS.
So Giants went 58 years without winning a WS and now have 2 in 3 years--and the underdog both times.Later,Max
