You did not appeal. You filed an amended complaint and LOST It's all in the link I posted. marycumminsrealestatemarycummins.blogspot.com The Judge's order is in there. Read it. I never lied about you. You never stated a claim for defamation. The Judge said so in her order. I stated that I thought NPCT was a scam. Wasn't it? They had no real product. All of the NPCT longs have since apologized to me. They admitted I was right. The stock went to zero. I don't owe you any judgment. The case was dismissed because it had no merit. That means I owe you nothing. You should not have served me with your frivolous suit. There is no judgment against me in CA. I am appealing the Texas case. That Judge was wrong. The Second Court of Appeals of Texas already over turned his last order. I will win. Are you still promoting stock scams? How does it feel to know you caused all those people to lose a ton of money. You were hyping the stock right before death spiral financing. Everyone knows that causes stocks to tank. How do you live with yourself? Tsk tsk.
