New Features/Old Features: Bright Colors for Links ???

To Admins,

In settings I use a light Ivory (#FFFFF0) 'Page Background Color'. I 'Use Bright Colors for Links' and links (URLs) have always displayed prominently as bright blue or purple. Now they display as a rather light an somewhat indistinct gray in message posts. Was a change made and if so can it be changed again to what it once was? I can distinguish the links but they no longer stand out.
