samson, The Deutche Telekom deal is still pending shareholder and company approvals, but it is still pending and listed on voclf's website. Regarding your question <why did the stock drop recently>. I don't have a single stock that hasn't dropped recently, however voclf has only 8 1/2 million shares outstanding. The float is thin and a small amount of buying or selling can move the stock dramatically. Heres a new article on voclf. webweek.com Ted
