Mr., it has been some time since I last researched this company, but it is my opinion that they sold the brand name and parts division. The debts are also greater than the cash. I believe you may be correct on the Mexican operations, but many of the employees who still owned stock are currently wall-papering with the certificates. I have a few details that I cannot put on a bulletin board but I would be happy to email to you. If you are interested just drop me a line. Tom
