Gangs are a big problem in every state of the union. Nothing unusual about Gang members targeting different races. One county, blacks have the upper hand. Another place, Asians. Another, white supremacists or Christian Fundies. The FBI needs to look at them all--including gangs in the military. Take Virginia for example (could you live in a place with almost 100 active gangs pushing their weight around and following illegal activities such as drug dealing and human trafficking)??
