Apple stores are too crowded
Apple tries to stay ahead of this, but the crowds keep coming.

They've expanded store square footage, they've streamlined the buying process (everyone's a cashier!), they move high volume items to the front of the store during the holiday season, they have an incredibly low ratio of staff to customers, they often move training sessions outside of the store to reduce the body count inside, they do training by appointment and they have an app that allows you to pick up some products and walk out of the store without interacting with staff at all.

But the place can still be very busy at times. Sounds like a first-world complaint to me.
