I'd love to know how this mechanism works. 100M receiving the take now out of 310M. Let's take the ultimate risk and pump that up to the full 310M.

I find it fascinating to think that there are idiots who believe that welfare helps people. It robs them of their pride. It steals what little motivation they ever had.

The notion that welfare frees people to take risks is ludicrous. What kind of risks? Hohos instead of Twinkies? Donuts rather than fruit? Most of the risk taking in welfare is the risk that these newly minted welfare queens and kings will never again contribute to society.
