Thank you for the boost, Dennis. Pavlov and Pavlov1 are both me. I went ofline for a while to see how the regulators were going to tackle the subject of specific reccommendations by cyber-surfers. It turns out that you can pretty much be specific if you have a license...which I do. Beyond that I give specific reasons for what I do. It's not just hype.
