Doesn't a child adopted by a citizen of a foreign country and living in said country and taking the adopted parents sur name become a citizen of said country namely Indonesia? Doesn't that name become the adopted childs legal name? Can said child then just take it upon himself to use a different name? Even if a person takes an African sounding name when he becomes a black muslim doesn't he have to legally change his name to legally use said African sounding name?
