The comparison with gandf is ridiculous. Gandf was a very tiny company, with a narrow product mix, loaded with debt. Cs is far larger, with $800 million in net working capital, no debt, a price to sales ratio of around one considering the dec purchase, and a more diversified product line. No way is this company going to disappear. This company will participate in the dramatic growth expected in the networking area (either independently, or part of a larger company).
