China's cabinet approved an energy consumption plan that aims to keep the country's total energy consumption below 4B tons of standard coal equivalent by 2015, according to Xinhua. The country will look to keep its average annual energy consumption growth at about 4.3%, the website added. Reference Link

Sounds like alot to me , the amounts of resources we are usuing, better fire up those free fusion reactors soon.
