I was thinking of buying CPNO to get the KMP shares. The acquisition is acreative and by buying CPNO it's selling at a 5% discount to the current share conversion. Do you own KMP and is this one a good value buy? Their assets are pretty good but I am not too sure how to value this one.

Any thoughts?

I was looking at BPL but after this article I think KMP may have better assets.
