Squirm squirm squirm!!

"...in some definitions, to ancient Hispania, which comprised the Iberian Peninsula including the modern states of Andorra, Portugal"

So even though "hispanic" in educated terminology refers to people who speak Spanish or are descended from those who speak Spanish (which pointedly does NOT refer to Brazilians)...you squirm into a Wikipedia reference which gives you an out--"in some definitions"-- NOT NOT NOT!!! LOL!!!

Firstly, YOUR STATEMENT THAT "Hispanics imported over 90% of the blacks to the new world." was, is, and remains...an ignorant piece of crap!

Secondly, the British imported most of the slaves to the New World. Very few of the slave owners were Spanish speaking--or descendents of spanish speaking peoples (Hispanics). The PORTUGUESE COLONISTS WERE DEFINITELY NOT HISPANICS. THEY WERE FRESH FROM PORTUGAL AND SPOKE PORTUGUESE! SEVERAL HUNDRED YEARS AFTER, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE (SUCH AS YOURSELF) CAN REFER (stupidly) TO THEIR DESCENDENTS AS "HISPANICS"--but to suggest that those Portuguese slave owners were "hispanics" is to reveal an astounding lack of education!! (You are done like badly burned toast, KIDDO!!)

There is not one book on slavery on the planet earth that claims the Portuguese colonists of Brazil were "hispanics". YOU DUMBASS!!

None of these definitions fit the Portuguese slave owners of the Portuguese Colony of BRAZIL!
His·pan·ic (h-spnk)

adj.

1. Of or relating to Spain or Spanish-speaking Latin America.

2. Of or relating to a Spanish-speaking people or culture.

n.

1. A Spanish-speaking person.
2. A U.S. citizen or resident (of Latin-American or Spanish descent).

THE PORTUGUESE WERE NEITHER U.S. CITIZENS NOR U.S. RESIDENTS--DUMBASS!! AND THEY SURE AS HELL DID NOT SPEAK SPANISH!

Rather than hispanics being responsible for importing over 90% of blacks..they imported a very small percentage as owners. In terms of shipping, the Portuguese and the British shipped roughly half each (nowhere near 90%--LOL!)
And again...very few were shipped by Spanish people.
