Y2C, Inc. Acquisition Agreement Signed Today
PHOENIX, Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Cetacean Industries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CTAE - news) today announces the acquisition agreement with Y2C, Inc. of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada has been executed. Cetacean will control 25% of Y2C with a first right of purchase for an additional 25%. Cetacean is very excited with its participation in the Year 2000 Problem by partnering with Y2C and their highly qualified and experienced management team.
