Baird, agreed that SDC is a great value. Just a quick question, though.

I am looking to buy into a driller. Most seem way undervalued. However, many also will need to spend huge amounts of money to upgrade equipment, and are talking about converting rigs to drill depper.

What is SDC's position on this? Will they need to raise cash in the upcoming years to fund such activities?
