Dejan,

You say in your message that:

From my experience of the German and UK markets, this certainly doesn't seem to be the case. In the UK, IOMega seems to be doing tremendously well; there is no sign of LS120, and a decreasing trickle of Syquests on the market. Many of the adverts in this month's magazines give up a lot of space to the Jaz, Zip and Ditto products, running an IOMega storage page just as they might have a Hewlett-Packard printer page. What's more, I'm seeing more and more Zips being used in companies and universities in England. My personal impression is that they have succeeded in creating a new standard.

As to Germany, I have just returned from a week-long visit, and although there are Syquest drives in the shops, they don't seem to be selling at all as well as the Zip. Again, no sign of either the Compaq LS120s or a reluctance to accept Zips on compatability grounds.

Are LS120s selling as separate items in Belgium?

Matthew
