Housing seems to be the only area where there is some improvement, undoubtedly due to low interest rates. Locally there have not been any lots purchased or new homes constructed on our island for the last few years until now and we have at least 3 new homes currently under construction and a couple lots getting ready to build. Based on this it feels like we've turned a corner here, also in terms of housing prices.
