I didn't say it was a good idea. I am in favor of market forces. But I had cash reserves and could survive a depression. I'm not sure most of the country could have survived without riots and general disorder. Just look at what happened when my former university of Greece, I mean California, tried to cut spending and asked students to pay a larger share of their subsidized education. My point of the post is if you understand what is happening and why, then you can get in front of it and profit. Who gives a ship if you agree with what is happening.... I'm living proof it works.
