I agree with Techcrunch commenters more than I agree with the article.

It's easy to write a bullet point document with buzzwords. It's difficult to walk the walk, especially if your company does not have monopoly and/or huge growth curve. Tech industry is littered with companies that had great ideals, visions, cultures, etc. during monopoly/growth phases. And then slowdowns hit and pretty much all these places became drecks. Neither Netflix, nor Google, nor Facebook will escape the same fate.
