The Earth was bombarded with plasma over the weekend, and yes, there was an enhancement in low crossing US this past week with tornadoes and thunderstorms followed by cold, dry air.

Here are a couple more sites with some solar data.

From the first link, there is something little going on today, while the past weekend event is more significant. We are approaching a weak solar max, so there'll be more events. People will get loonier!
