One of the biggest problems with putting our government in charge of anything that can be done by a commercial enterprise is that we have no recourse if we don't like the service. Bureaucrats will smile and be nice while they completely avoid solving our problem. God forbid that your issue falls outside of their written procedure.

Liberals hate monopolies, but when they advocate big government they are advocating the biggest monopoly and one who has no incentive to make the customer happy.
