It really does not matter if you accept that hypocrisy is hypocritical. It would be unrealistic to expect you to see your own flaws. The point however is that everyone else sees it.

If you advocate a higher tax rate for everyone else and it is easy enough to pay the rate you think is appropriate, then you should od it. Until you pay the higher rate you want for everyone else, don't waste your time explaining why the rest of us should pay it.

While you may perceive that you are getting the better of the exchange, I doubt it. You should know you have been proven to be a hypocrite and fool repeatedly in the exchange.
