It should? Why should it? My old man used to say "Don't should on me and I won't should on you" LOL. Who knows...we have been in a big range for a while. But Brodsky's latest comments at kwn make sense to me. I don't think we have seen the implications of the change in Japanese policy playing out just yet. That will take a couple more months, I think.
